I’m Janea—retired educator, life coach, and fellow human navigating change with grace (and a little grit). After decades supporting learners and leading with heart, I’m now channeling that same energy into helping wholehearted women and moms quiet their inner critic, cultivate self-compassion, and create intentional momentum that lasts. 

You already have what you need to begin.

AND is more than a word—it’s a philosophy. As woman and moms, we’re often taught to sacrifice, to give without limit. But you deserve more than survival. I believe in the power of AND: you can set boundaries and stay connected, rest and be responsible, nurture others and nourish yourself.
